Jim is a Certified Aging in place specialist. This is a certification recognized by the National Association of Home Builders as well as the AARP. The CAPS designation gives an in depth view of ADA guidelines, utilizing helpful organizations, designing around disabilities, and newest products. You can rest assured that we are doing everything necessary to make your home more functional.
Jim is a Certified Green Professional. This designation goes in extreme depth on the most current building practices that help us be more energy efficient, recycle more building remnants to reduce waste, and maximize material.
Jim is currently completing courses to be a
Certified Graduate Remodeler.
This Designation takes a minimum of 5 years to complete and multiple classes over that time dealing with many of the things that make someone a successful contractor.
